A breakthrough! A major advance! A quantum leap in the RSAR (Rice/Sauce Absorption Ratio)analysis has been made! I can now fully appreciate Archimedes and his first cry of Eureka!! I'm no longer bound by the whim of some cook at a food stall. I now have the power to find the perfect rice/sauce balance. Each food stall generally has a selection of sauces and chilies to accompany your dish. A careful cocktail of these additional sauces can redress any RSAR balance not properly accomplished by the cook. In addition, a side order of vegetables (including the very good pak choi on offer here) will also yield a useful sauce as a base to the cocktail. Why this information is not in any tourist guides I do not know. I've gone through the Lonely Planet again this morning just to make sure I didn't miss it first time around. By the way - an excellent use of cucumber from this particular food stall. Presentation - excellent. Freshness - first class. Taste - Zero. The fine use of cucumber and well cooked pak choi could not make up for poor quality of chicken. Very fatty skin and not enough meat. Not to be recommended.....if I could only remember which food court this was in!!
